Shipping Policies
- Regular Standard Mail is for domestic mail only.
- You can not select Standard Mail to international addresses.
- Please use only Express Mail for shipping worldwide.
- Most orders shipped same day if placed before 2pm EST.
- We will charge you a $10 fee for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our warehouse or are incorrectly addressed due to customer's error. Shipping labels are generated directly from the shipping information you have entered. If you provide us an incorrect zip code or other addressing error e.g. incorrect or missing apartment number you will be charged the $10 fee since the shipping company will charge us a fee for this correction.

Return Policy
No Refunds Health regulations prohibit returns of these types of products (you obviously cannot resell a used item and there is no way to tell if a returned item has been used). Defective items will be replaced with the exact same model only. There are no exchanges or returns of videos or dvds, defective items will be replaced with the exact same title only. Any returns of defects must be approved in advance and must be unused items with complete packaging. If you have received a defective product please contact us ASAP for return authorization by using our Contact form.
All sales are final. We will be refunding your money or exchange ONLY when we ship the wrong or defective items, subject to the following terms:
Refunds/Exchanges
- All returns/exchanges require obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please cotact us via contact form to obtain a RMA number.
- Refunds will only be made in the same form as the original payment within 7-14 days of our receipt of the return.
